Standard orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please email us at hello@greyritual.com if you have any questions about your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 21 days of the order date for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, notepads, sticky notes & planners.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

We currently ship all Canadian orders with Canada Post. International orders will ship with DHL. Grey Ritual is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.   

All photos, designs, graphics, text or other content are protected by worldwide copyright and other intellectual property laws, treaties and protections. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer, sell or modify any portion of this site without express written permission from Grey Ritual Studio.
